User behavior of this site:

RESERVATIONS
GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Check in:
   From 17:00.
   It can be anticipated if all conditions of occupation are met.
    
2. Check-out:
   Until 11:00.
   It can be extended until 17:00 with an additional payment of 10 € per person and in the absence of an adjoining reservation.
    
3. Damage caused:
   We reserve the right to demand payment for damages / damages caused by negligence.
    
4. External visits:
   During the stay, none of the guests will be able to receive visits from outside persons that have not been considered at the time of reservation, and the advertised capacity for each room can not be exceeded.
    
5. Smoking Probation:
   Inside the dwellings and service areas smoking is not allowed.
    
6. Cancellation of reservation:
   Cancellations less than 10 days from the date of arrival implies loss of the signal. With more and 10 days the signal delivered will be used as credit for a new stay.
    
7. Minimum Stay:
   The number of days and prices varies according to the time of year.
    
8. Pets:
   Pets are not allowed in the rooms and service areas.

VOUCHERS
GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Validity: 12 months after the date of purchase;
2. The delivery of the voucher will be made in 48 hours except in cases of force majeure or similar situations;
3. Pre-Booking Required;
4. Mandatory delivery of the voucher upon check-in;
5. In the absence of the voucher the stay will be charged according to the flexible rate;
6. The reservation can only be made 8 days after the date of purchase;
7. Voucher not combinable with other vouchers, discounts or promotions;
8. Reservation subject to unit availability;
9. Cancellation policy: the stipulated in our cancellation policy;
10. Late cancellations or no show, the voucher will be considered used;
11. Extra Beds: subject to the additional payment of the respective supplements, which will be calculated based on the stipulated rate;
12. Upgrades: The voucher can be used when booking higher types or at times of the year with the payment of the price difference and respecting the minimum stay in accordance with our current table.
13. Returns: Up to 15 days after purchase date

Genius Program

Benefits and conditions of use

1. The guest automatically joins the Genius program after registering for the newsletter and confirming the message received by email.
2. Once you have confirmed your registration, you will receive your Genius login
3. The benefits of the Genius program are personal and non-transferable. Only the Genius virtual card holder may use them and may not be transferred to any third party whatsoever;
4. The benefits of the program are available to you at the Genius Area, which you can purchase by email or telephone, subject to prior reservation and within our availability;
5. If you wish to make a reservation through our website, you must place in the “Comments” space the word Genius, in order to be assigned the Genius Advantage values.
6. The advantages of the Genius program may be changed without prior notice as we see fit;
7. The Genius Virtual Card is free, without annuity and only takes effect on direct bookings made on our site or with our services.
8. By participating in the Genius program, you agree that Agrinho Suites & Spa Gerês will share information and promotions regarding the program via email.
9. The Genius cardholder undertakes to keep contact details up to date whenever contacted by our services to that effect.
10. Unsubscribing from the newsletter cancels the Genius virtual card and has no effect from that date.
